What does it cost to participate as an exhibitor?
The price of a booth depends on what you order in addition to the basic booth which includes a table, pipe and drape backdrop and two chairs. Adding on electricity is $80.00. A non-refundable deposit is required with your two page exhibitor application. The earlier you apply to participate the more likely you will be accepted into the show..

Simply add these items to your Exhibitor Application.
What are the Hours of the Show?
Friday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. These hours are practical and we want our exhibitors to remain busy for all hours the event is open. Too many shows remain open late and exhibitors are just "hanging out" for the last hour of the day so that's why our hours are a bit shorter. Most Exhibitors appreciate this very much.
Where do Exhibitors Park?
A designated area for cars, trucks and trailers is assigned well in advance of all events and presented to registered exhibitors via e-mail communication. Parking is also complimentary.
When do Exhibitors set-up their booths?
Thursday between 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
How do I register for a seminar or presentation?
Simply contact us via e-mail and send us a brief one paragraph description. Once accepted a time slot will be assigned at which time you will be notifies by telephone or e-mail. There is no cost to present a seminar for participating exhibitors.
Will I be required to have a tax license or any other permits?
All exhibitors are required to be registered in each participating area ie. city, county & state. If a health permit is required you must have a copy of that specific permit with you at the show venue at all times. Take some time and do some due diligence and you'll be prepared for any event.
How many years has your organization been producing public trade shows?
Infinity Event Marketing along with SEI, Inc. have been producing trade shows in over 20 states since 1999.
